The company is led by Phillip Beck, who works in the construction industry and brings both hands-on experience and formal education to the business. Beck earned his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, along with minors in Business and Technical Sales. This blend of field experience, project management training, and business fundamentals shapes the way Beck Developments approaches real estate.

Rather than rushing into physical projects, Beck Developments is focused on learning, planning, and building systems the right way. This platform serves as a place to document research, strategy, and insights as the company works toward future fix-and-flip and long-term investment projects.
