What If You Started Building the Brand Before the Business?
Hey everyone, welcome in. I’m Phillip, and I want to invite you along on a little adventure of mine. I’m starting this real estate journey from absolute zero, no flips done yet, no properties bought, just a whole lot of curiosity and a dream to build something from the ground up.
Here’s the heart of it: this blog is kind of my creative space, and I’d love for it to become yours too. Every post is going to start with a question I’m asking myself, like, “How do you figure out the ARV of a house?” and then I’ll share what I learn. Think of it as us learning side by side. I hope that it sparks a bit of creativity in you, maybe even inspires you to dream up your own projects.
You know, this whole idea reminds me of something I learned back in high school marketing class. We talked about how Transformers started out as toys first and then grew into this huge franchise. That idea stuck with me: the thought of building a brand and a community before you’ve even done the main thing. And that’s kind of what I’m hoping to do here, start with sharing, learning, and connecting, and let that be the foundation before I even tackle my first flip.
So I’d love for you to be part of this. Share your ideas, ask any questions, and let’s make this a place where we can all get inspired together. I’m really looking forward to seeing where this journey takes us. Thanks for coming along for the ride.
Let’s make something awesome.
